Mini Screw Piles and Ground Screws

These are NOT groundscrews, they are mini screw piles - so much better and versatile!

As part of our company investment and development, we have developed our product range for greater applications. We have taken our standard 76mm diameter, 6mm thick walled, 2m screw pile sections and shrunk them down to offer a smaller version of our traditional screw pile in a 50mm diameter 5mm thick walled tube.

 

These are the only type of screw pile like this available in the country.

 

Our aim for their use is as an alternative to the groundscrews currently available on the market. Groundscrews are typically used in the leisure garden building market and they have limited capacity and load potentials, so we have created our mini screw piles to give clients a different option.

 

Due to the high loads capable on our mini screw piles you will need less than you would a ground screw (project sub frame or base dependent), saving you money and offering greater versatility to your project.

 

Our new mini screw piles have the capacity and load to be used in the following solutions:

 

• New house extensions

• Solar arrays

• Signage and flags

• Root Protection Areas with difficult Tree Root Applications

 

Offering unfactored potential loads of up to 60kN per pile* providing grdoun conditions are suitable and full checks are done prior to install.

Giving us amazing flexibility on all of our install projects now where we can utilise a mix of both our types of pile sizes available.
