Well it has been an incredible 3rd year for us here at Ultimate Screw Piling Ltd
We've been very lucky to have worked on so many projects this year; from new builds, extensions, schools, high profile statues, solar array installation, bridges, retaining walls, underpinning; the list goes on.
We have expanded our installation reach across the UK, from Cornwall, to London and now up to Manchester - our teams have covered some miles this year.
We have designed and fabricated a new size of screw pile - our 50R, with it's specialist rock breaking head. We've been conducting extensive research & development into new methods of screw piling for new applications.
Our development team have spent several weeks testing in our factory to put our system to the forefront of the screw piling and ground screw industry.
We have invested in our installation teams on going training to make sure that we stay ahead of on site requirements with our contracts.
We are investing in company growth and implementing new proceedures moving into 2024. We have built and moved into a new larger office for our company expansion; taking on more staff, both in the clerical side of the business; project managers and engineers as well as taking on new on-site installation team members.
Our big move early into 2024 will be obtaining our CHAS Gold accreditation, NEBOSH and SMSTS qualifications.
We have invested in new machinery to include the custom design and fabrication of new installation torque heads, meaning we can access more restricted sites to install our screw piles.
It really has been one heck of a year for us with some truly fabulous new commercial clients now on our list that we have worked with.
We signed up to our first ever outdoor event; featuring our foundation system at the Moreton In Marsh Agricultural show - a really exciting one day show in the Cotswolds.
As we move into 2024, we have some exciting things planned with some brand new commercial clients and an order book already filling up into April. With our team expansion we have the capacity to take on more projects, so there is still availability in February and March and ongwards - so if you have a new project due to start in the new year, please send us any project files and the team will happily be able to help offer you a cost effective solution for your foundation requirements.
