Cloughs Road project in Ringwood, Hampshire - working with a new contractor on his new build project. Our client had purchased a property that he had previously renovated. There was a large area of land at the rear of the project that the client managed to get full planning permission to build a new house on. 

He approached USP because there were tree roots and difficult access to the rear of the property. We took the architects design and worked a redesign on how the foundation system could be changed to make it a more efficient, faster solution. 

Tight timescales on this project to get the foundations to a point the brick laying team can get in and get up to plate height as fast as possible meant swift pile installation, clayheave and A393 mesh installation before the concrete was arriving on site and all hands on deck to pour.
