Private self build client on the Gordon Road project, Very limited access via the rear of the property over a large council major rain runoff drain. We had to implement specific RAMs and details with Wessex Water before we could start this project.

Multiple services not shown on any drawings casued several delays on this project as our installers needed to hand dig around many of the runs of services to locate them after CAT scanning the site.

However once these services were located, the screw piles were installed successfuly and the client was able to continue the project
