USP were approached by a local construction company called Living Outside, specialists in leisure buildings. They were working on a huge project to install various luxury Treehouses on a holiday site based at Otter Falls in Honiton. USP were awarded the contract for 6 units on the project. 

The Treehouses were designed on timber ringbeams (supplied and installed by others) mounted on our screwpiles and then modular 'offsite' built treehouse type holiday properties installed on the new ring beams.

We faced several problems on this site, namely with access and ground conditions. The new site for the luxury treehouses was set in a field with lovely picturesque conditions, which when dry and not a building site, will be beautiful, but when trying to access the site in consistently wet conditions was an issue. On the dry days we were lucky to have, it was a lovely site to work on.
